As for fuel efficiency, the Maruti Suzuki Swift's mileage is 23.20kmpl in the manual transmission and 23.76kmpl in the AMT. All are ARAI-claimed mileage figures. That means real-life mileage would be more or less the same. Maruti Suzuki Swift: Safety Features On the safety front, the top-spec variant of the Maruti Suzuki Swift features hill assist, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, a reverse parking camera, ISOFIX child-seat anchorages, etc. In addition to safety features, it also gets brake assist, an anti-theft alarm, auto headlights, an engine immobiliser, and a pedestrian protection compliance system. In this technology, the acceleration sensor sends signals to the control unit when a pedestrian hits the car's bonnet.
