The indigenous two-wheeler manufacturer incorporated a pressed steel perimeter beam section frame to develop the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200. It is robust and agile in nature. According to the manufacturer, this bike has a kerb weight of 166kg. As far as the figures go, the above-mentioned chassis supports a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which is tuned to churn out 24.1 bhp at 9750 rpm and 18.7 Nm of peak torque at 8000 rpm.
